We strongly believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Phone Plug Ltd. However, we understand sometimes you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges on brand-new and used phones can only be done within 7 days of purchase. All products must be in the original packaging with the original store receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply with the exchange.   

 

Store Warranty

• All new devices come with 1-year warranty

• Slightly used devices come with 60 days store warranty

Warranty only applies for following conditions:

• Covers software issues

• If there is a technical issue product will be replaced

• Does not cover physical/water damage

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
